For hair extensions purchases:
1. Once you purchase hair extensions, please first check the quality before using, it is a precondition of returning or exchanging. All returned hair extensions must be in its original condition: unworn/uncut/no smell and no chemicals can be applied to the hair.
2. Any hair extensions product that has been damaged due to customer negligence, styled, or in any way altered (including finger combing, wetting, or applying styling products and\or chemicals) cannot and will not be accepted. If you want a refund or to exchange the hair extensions purchased, you must contact me within 7 days of the receipt of your purchase, buyer must pay for all shipping returns\exchanges costs.
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns after your purchase. We are committed to your 100% satisfaction, but we can't do anthing for worn or damaged hair after use.
